A year earlier. The black marker shows each town's 2024 median. Thirteen of the fifteen towns rose from 2024 to 2025; Winthrop and Malden dipped.

The Warren Group town statistics, January–December 2025, single-family homes (deed-recorded sales). Medians describe every single-family sale in a town, not only homes matching the brief. Massachusetts Association of Realtors figures, which cover MLS sales only, run slightly higher — Quincy $727,500, for example.
